Clemson Spineless Okra
HEIRLOOM. Abelmoschus esculentus. An all time favorite that produces plants up to 6 feet tall. Edible pods are the most flavorful when picked when they are 3 to 4 inches in length. Okra is very versatile, you can pickle it, fry it, roast, boil it, stew it or cook it up in a soup.
