HEIRLOOM. Brassica oleracea var capitata. This variety is suitable for early market and keeps for a long time. Large dense heads grow up to 12 inches across and averaging up to 5 pounds. Sweet flavor that is excellent for coleslaw, cooking, and cabbage wraps.  For Spring planting, plant when daytime temperatures are 75 degrees. For Fall Harvest, transplant up to 4 months before first frost. Harvest in 85 days. Slow to bolt.
