Morning Glory Tall Mix
Ipomoea purpurea. Morning Glory ‘Tall Mix’ is a twining vine that is a tender perennial with large, funnel shaped flowers and heart-shaped leaves. Flowers open in the morning and last only one day. Plants bloom mid-summer to early fall. They can be planted on trellises, arbors, lattice or chain-link fences or used as a ground cover. Plants do best in full sun with moderate moisture and well-drained soils. This is a small flowered mix of blue, pink, rose, purple, and white that attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds.
Morning glories require support to climb such as pergolas, walls or fences. Great in containers, hanging baskets and groundcover. This plant can be invasive.
