Southern Georgia Collards

HEIRLOOM. Brassica oleracea. 1880’s. Non heading plants grow up to three feet tall with large cabbage like blue/green leaves that are tender, mild, and juicy. Excellent as a salad or a replacement for a tortilla wrap. Excellent heat and cold tolerant. Plant in the spring and late fall for a winter harvest. Only takes 60-80 days.
